We believe training is about more than preparing your body, it’s about building trust in yourself. Our approach is grounded, intentional, and supportive, meeting you exactly where you are while helping you grow stronger over time. When you feel capable in your body and supported by your community, the outdoors stops feeling intimidating and starts feeling like it’s yours too.

I was able to speak with Candace directly about how best to train my weaker leg. By the end I had more cardiovascular endurance and balanced strength. I could ascend and descend the mountains with stronger ankles and little to no discomfort in my knees. This is a well thought out and highly effective program for any hiker at any level.
